GEORGETOWN – Mr. Jacob Wade Lavender, 23, of Georgetown died unexpectedly, Sunday, September 10, 2017.

Born in Newburyport, he was the son of Suzanne (Butler) Lavender and Brian P. Lavender. He was raised and educated in Plaistow, N.H. and Groveland and was a graduate of Pentucket Regional High School.

A young man with a huge heart and personality, Jacob was a loving and devoted son, brother, grandson nephew and cousin. His presence would light up any room. He made friends easily and once you were a friend of Jacobs you were his friend for life.

He was blessed with many talents and he expressed himself using those talents. A gifted artist his creations were always inspired by his essence. He had a deep passion for music and loved to introduce people to new artists and groups of which he was fond. He made an enormous impact on those lucky enough to call him family or friend. He will be remembered for his boisterous laugh, his kind and giving heart, his ability to find the good in everything and his love for his mother and father.

He was strong and fought valiantly through many battles in his short life. Although he is gone from our sight, his spirit will always be with us and live on in the hearts and minds of his loved ones.
