Jacob Clement Bujalski, born over 10 weeks early and weighing only 3 lbs. 2 oz., was still able to grip his mother’s finger and respond to his father’s touch during his brief stay on earth.
He was born into this world at 1:02 p.m. on Jan. 14 at South Bend Memorial Hospital in South Bend and after succumbing to organ failure, passed gently into the arms of Jesus at 7:47 p.m. on Jan. 18.
He is survived by his mother and father, Adam and Reana (Rigsby) Bujalski; big brothers, Aidan and John; triplet siblings, Nicoli and Charlotte; grandparents, Anthony and Geraldine Bujalkski; grandfather, Rocky Rigsby and grandmother, Robin Rigsby.
