Jacob Chance Richard Morris, 7 months of age, passed away Thursday May 8, 2014 in St. Vincent Women’s Hospital in Indianapolis. Jacob was born September 19, 2013 in Indianapolis to Ryan Morris and Misty Story. Jacob was a courageous fighter; he had undergone numerous surgeries in his little lifetime but always fought hard. He was resilient and kept fighting until the very end. Jacob was preceded in death by his grandfather; Richard Bowen. He is survived by his parents; Misty Story and Ryan Morris, his great grandmother; Mary Lou Morris, his grandparents; Molly Story, Ruth Alexander, and Chuck Morris, his brother; Colin Story, sister; Haley Morris, great aunt’s; Rebecca Gallez, Debbie Malone, and Julie, his uncle; Chris Story, and his special caregivers; Brittany Switzer, Lauren Shaw, and all of the doctors and nurses as St. Vincent Women’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
