With Pride & Adoration, we gratefully celebrate the life of US Marine Jackson Frank Lawson, born April 3, 1931, son of the late Paul and Margarit Blake Lawson. Jack died peacefully at Little Rock Camp on November 6, 2010 surrounded by family. At 79 years young, he was the cherished father of seven; Jack Lawson, Kathy Floyd, Sherry Lawson, Margie Angiulli, April Lawson, Erica Lawson and Aaron Lawson; grandfather to sixteen; great grandfather to six; brother, John Lawson; sister, Betty Watson; many Christian friends and his loyal companion and dog Gypsy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Lawson, special friend, Betty Hawkinberry, and brother, Marvin Lawson. He was fully devoted to God, family and his country. Jack was a valiant veteran in the Korean Theatre from 1950 -1954, and a retiree from Anchor Hocking as a shop operator. He was a volunteer with the Harrison County EMS for many years. Jack was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and the Moose Lodge. He walked in faith as a member of the Little Rock Camp Church, saved and heaven bound, Semper Fidelis!!
