Jack L. Harlow, 82, of Anderson passed away June 5, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was born January 20, 1931 in Sullivan to the late Peter and Mildred (Ridgeway) Harlow. Jack retired from the former Delco-Remy plant in Anderson in 1993.
He was a U.S. Marine veteran and had attended the Mt. Gildead United Methodist Church. Jack is survived by daughters Deborah (Michael) Ashby of Anderson and Jennifer (Jason) Hedrick of Selma, NC; sons Jack L. Harlow of Memphis, TN and Douglas O. (Annette) Harlow of Noblesville; grandchildren Brant and Lorra Ashby, Rebecca and Katherine Hendrick; and great-grandchildren Calub Ashby and Cadence Toombs. He was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth “Ann” Harlow in 2003; brothers David, Bill, Kenny and Jim; and sister Beverly Young.
