Mrs. Jackie Ann Shelnutt, age 74, of Newnan passed away Friday, December 15, 2018 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. She was born in Columbus, GA on December 11, 1944 to the late Emmett and Ozella Adams Danner. For over forty years Mrs. Shelnutt along with her late husband, Howard Shelnutt, Sr., owned and operated Shelnutt Grocery. She is survived by her sons and their spouses, Howard and Cindy Shelnutt, Jr., Greg “Cricket” and Vesna Shelnutt, James and Sarah Anne Shelnutt, and Timmy and Kristy Shelnutt- all of Newnan, GA; sisters, Jo James, Betty Jones, and Charlotte Irwin; grandchildren, Howard “Bubba”, Peyton, Beau, Joey, Katie, Bailey, Meaghan, Mary, Kevin, Jennifer, and unborn grandchild, Viktorija; and nine great grandchildren.
