It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, father, husband and brother, Jack Richard Fox who left this earthly home on January 21, 2016. He was born on June 19, 1970 in Terre Haute, Indiana to James W. Fox and Jacquelyn Kiefner Fox.
Jack graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School in 1988 where he enjoyed playing on both the football and baseball teams. He graduated from Indiana State University in 1993 with a degree in Sociology. He joined Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity in 1988. He continued his education at Indiana Wesleyan University where he received his MBA in 1995. While at ISU he began a career working at Terre Haute Regional Hospital as a Nursing Assistant and then became Assistant Administrator.
