Jack Harold Dreher Jr. 62, passed away Tuesday, August 9,
2011 at the VA Medical Center in Danville, IL at 1:12pm. He
was born April 14, 1949 in Terre Haute to Jack Harold Dreher
Sr. and Audrey Louise Edington Dreher. He served in the
United States Army in the Vietnam War with the 101st Air
Borne Screaming Eagles. He was wounded on Hamberger
Hill and recieved Air Metal, Silver and Bronze Star, and
the Purple Heart. He worked as a Truck Driver for Whites
Construction. He held memberships with the National Street
Rod Assocation, and Teamsters Local #135.
He is survived by his parents of Terre Haute. His Wife;
Nancy Wright Dreher of Clinton, Son; Jack Harold Dreher
III of Clinton. Daughter; Amy & (Jason) Hill of Speedway,
IN. Brother; Randy & (Joyce) Dreher of Clinton. Sister;
Kim & (John) Salmon of Terre Haute. Five grand-daughters;
Amber Shaw, Alexis Dreher, Meagan Hill, Ella Hill, and
Kathryn Hill. Nieces and Nephews; Jared & (Tracy)
Dreher of Clinton, Molly & (Tad) Tegethoff of Louisville, KY., Luke, Gary, and
David Wright all of North Carolina. Aaron, Whitney, and Karyssa
Haase all of Paris, IL. Sister In-law; Lori Ann Haase &
(Ralph) of Paris. Brother In-Law; Gary & (Jane) Wright
of North Carolina. Also several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
