Jack Evans, 62, of Tunnelton, WV, died on Friday, June 23, 2017, at Preston Memorial Hospital.
Jack was born June 20, 1955, in Kermit, WV, a son of the late Mose Evans Sr. and Martha (Bailey) Evans Goble.
He is survived by his companion, Jerri (Cobb) Mitter of Tunnelton; three sons and spouses, Christopher Dale and Tina Evans, Billy Jack and Debra Evans all of Naugatuck, Freddie James and Jackie Evans of Tunnelton; two step-sons and spouse, Dustin and Rainer Mitter, Daniel Mitter; one step-daughter Jennifer Mitter, all of Tunnelton; two daughters and spouse, Victoria Sue and Kevin Bryant of Matewan, Nancy Ellen Evans of Tunnelton; two brothers, Mose Evans Jr. of Kermit, Bill Evans of Turkey Creek, KY; two half brothers, Allen Goble of Kermit and Richard Goble of Inez, KY; one sister, Eliza Salmons of Kermit; eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandchild and one sister, Mary Francis Evans.
