Jack E. Bridges, 96, of Anderson, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Riverview Hospital-Noblesville. He was born on Sunday, March 19, 1916 in Zanesville, Ohio and resided most of his life in Anderson. He is a retired machinest for Lynch Corporation. He was a member of Fellowship Masonic Lodge #681 F & A.M. and the Madison County Dramatic Players.
Jack is survived by his loving spouse whom he married January 31, 1935, Mary Lutz Bridges; son, David Barbara Bridges of Noblesville, son, James Jean Bridges of Anderson, daughter, Mary Ellen Wayne “Everett” McMahon of Pittsboro; grandson, Michael Bridges, grandson, David Bridges, granddaughter, Denise Graham, granddaughter, Debra Morehead, granddaughter, Christa Fitts, grandson, Hugh Cherry, grandson, Paul Cherry and granddaughter, Gretchen Prohm; several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; and several, nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Bridges, mother, Rhea Bridges, and sister, Marilyn DeBolt.
