Jack Cody Shreves, 52, of Lumberport passed away on Saturday August 30, 2008. He was born February 15, 1957 in Clarksburg a son of the late Jack and Jessie Bartlett Shreves. He is survived by his former spouse and good friend, Becky Hutchinson; three sons, Dave and his wife Jen Trader of Du Boise, PA, John and his wife Kristen Trader of Morgantown and Tim Trader of Clarksburg; Three daughters, Melissa and her husband Ord Delaney of Flemington, Liz and her husband Dave Dang of Fairmont, and Jillian and her husband Kevin Jacklin of Dallas, TX; five grandchildren, Andrea Delaney, Nick Delaney, Alexis Trader, Dante Smith, and Shaun Jacklin; one sister, Jill and her husband Carl Nichols of Clarksburg; two brothers Shane and his wife Becky Shreves of Flemington and Jud and his wife Amy Shreves of Glenville; five Aunts, Mary Jo and her husband Pat Messinger of Buckhannon, Peggy Jones of Philippi, Patty Turner of Grafton, Sue and her husband Ike Morris of Glenville, and Nancy Bartlett of Grafton; two uncles, Dick and his wife Mary Ann Bartlett of OH, and John and his wife Carolyn Bartlett of West Union and several nieces and nephews. Cody was preceded in death by two brothers David Shreves and Michael Shreves; his grandparents, Leslie and Lostia Shreves and Earl and Hope Bartlett. Cody was self employed as a landscaper, who also loved to help people.
