Macedon: Passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. He is predeceased by his mother, Adena “Ring” Churchill; father, Lyle Cudsworth Churchill; sister, Janet Churchill Elliott. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mary “Mumby” Churchill; daughters and sons-in-law, Ann (Don) Vogan and Debbie (Scott) Stell; grandchildren, Kaleigh, Brian, Nicole, Ryan, Ashley, Heather and Christopher; great grandson, Timothy; extended family and friends.
Jack was raised in Vermont and moved to NY in 1962 to raise his family. He enjoyed his family, church, watching the news and sports.
