Jack Allen Daniels, age 38, of Hammond, IN passed away on September 27, 2017.
He was born May 22, 1979 in Hammond, IN to Rick and Peggy (Morse) Daniels. Jack graduated from Gavit High School, class of 1997. He attended Purdue University West Lafayette, and was employed as a Journeyman painter with Local #265 for 15 years. Jack was affiliated with Cline Gardens Christian Church of Hammond. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting & fishing, traveling the world, and hiking, and skiing. He loved spending time with his son, nieces & nephews, and extended family. Jack was passionate about helping people, he even went on a mission trip to Arizona with the Christian Church of DeMotte. Jack was a Green Bay Packers and Chicago White Sox fan.
Jack is survived by his father: Rick (Anna) Daniels of Wheatfield, IN; mother: Peggy (Steve) Easton of Hebron, IN; son, Drake Allen Daniels (Laura Koder) at home; siblings: Jodi Daniels of Wheatfield, IN; Matthew (Sarah) Daniels of Highland, IN; Joshua (Alex) Willis of Joplin, MO; Dominic (Stephanie) Willis of Joplin, MO; Daine Willis of Hawaii; grandmothers: Frances Daniels of Griffith, IN; Evelyn Kay Morse of DeMotte, IN; Grandfather: Russell Smiddy of Highland, IN; nieces & nephews: Addyson, Cameron, and Hunter Daniels, Phoenix Willis; and numerous cousins.
Jack was preceded in death by Grandfathers: Robert Daniels and Frank Morse; Uncle: Chuck Morse.
