Ray Johnson, San Antonio, Texas, Kathy Lindsay, (husband, Sam), Muncie, Glenda Dishman, (husband Jerry), Silver Grove, Kentucky; and James Johnson, (wife, Teresa), Muncie; five granddaughters; Amy Newton, (husband, Jeremy), Muncie, Kristy Taylor, (husband, Brent), Erlanger, Kentucky, Kari Dishman, Silver Grove, Kentucky, Macie Johnson, Muncie, and Kacie Johnson, Muncie; two great grandsons; Alex Fisher, Muncie, Andrew Fisher, Muncie and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ruby Joyce (Hite) Johnson; his second wife, Linda (Holt) Johnson; his special friend, Bonnie Melton; his parents; two sisters and three brothers.
