Izora “Izy” Elizabeth Rikard Steinschulte, 83, died Wednesday, August 18 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Born and raised in Couley, Louisiana, she lived most of her life in Alexandria, Louisiana. She graduated from Winnfield High School, attended L.S.U.A., and earned a B.A. from Louisiana College. For many years she worked as secretary and bookkeeper for Barron Heinberg & Brocato Architects & Engineers in Alexandria.
