Isabelle “Isie” Osteen passed away peacefully on May 7, 2021. She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother.
Isabelle was the former owner and operator of the Sandpebble Boutique for many years. She loved her work, her friendships and spent countless hours organizing elaborate fashion shows to benefit organizations in Fort Pierce.
Above all, Isabelle loved her family; she was a proud and devoted “Neenie” to her grandchildren, and all of us, and enjoyed cooking big comforting meals for the family to enjoy.
Isabelle was preceded in death by her husband Thomas C. “Tommy” Osteen and son Michael Osteen. She is survived by her son Thomas A. “Bumpy” Osteen (Mary), grandsons Cooper (Carrie), Jared, and granddaughter Amy, great-grandchildren Ayla, Mia, and Easton; brothers, Carl Lewis (Brenda) and Jay Lewis (June) and nieces and nephews.
