Isabel was born on November 14, 1915 in Terryville, CT a daughter of the late Theodore and Sophie (Bobinski) Chmielewski.
Mrs. Strong greatly enjoyed painting portraits and was a member of St.
She is survived by her son William J. Strong III and his wife Mary of Bristol; her grandchildren, Nicole Arre and William R. Strong; and her great-granddaughter, Rosalie Arre.
Isabel was predeceased by her husband, William J. Strong Jr. and her sisters, Regina Jacques, Cecelia and Benjamina Chmielewski and Bernice Hanley.
