Isaac W. Watters Jr., age 86, of Mossy Head, FL., passed away on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014. He was born Aug. 5, 1928 in Cincinnati, Oh.
Ike is preceded by his wife Valeria June Watters, son Thomas Watters, and daughter in-law Toyia A. Watters.
He is survived by his children: Robert D. Arnold of Arizona, Robert B. Watters of Fort Walton, Ike M. Watters of Arizona, Robin J. Watters of N. Carolina, and Robin J. Watters Jr. of Fort Walton. Ike is also survived by his cousin Deloris Brandstetter of OH, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Ike served in the U.S. Army, Air Force, and the U.S. Navy for a total of 11 years. Ike will be remembered by many as the most diligent batchman in the local concrete industry.
