Iris J. Alderman, 69, passed away June 12, 2007 at Twin Cities Hospital in Niceville, FL after a brief illness.
She was born June 12, 1938 in Folkston, Georgia the daughter of James Carl Jones Sr. and Agnes Martha Jones. She graduated from Charlton County High School in 1956. Iris was united in marriage to Maines H. Alderman in 1956. Iris and Maines owned and operated Key Electronic Supply in Fort Walton Beach, FL for 24 years until their retirement in 2001.
She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Maines Alderman of Shalimar, FL; three children, James Alvin Alderman of Navarre, FL, Alisa C. Smith of Orlando, FL, Marc Alan Alderman of Fort Walton Beach, FL; four grandchildren, Adam Alderman, Clayton Alderman, Cory Abbatte, Karlee Alderman-Ford; one brother, James Carl Jones Jr.
Iris will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
