Irene Morrish Jones, 95 died September 30, 2014 in Hudson, FL. Irene resided her entire life in the Fairmount/Marion, IN area until moving to Hudson, FL 7 years ago.
She was retired form Thomson Consumer Electronics, Marion, IN and enjoyed their bowling league and going out to eat with her friends. She was a birthright member of the Fairmount Friends Church. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Survivors include one sister, Maxine Gossett, Fairmount. Three daughters, Jean Jones, Johnson City, TN Pat (Skip) Wood, Hudson, FL and Karen (Mike) Edwards, Johnson City, TN. 5 Grandchildren, Brent Wood, Tampa, FL Kenny (Emily) Wood, Gas City, Kelli Conero, Marion,, IN Kathi Wedekind, Oceanside, CA and Kara Conero, PA 5 Great-Grandchildren; Casey, Philip, and Jacob Wood, and Braxton and Brayden Conero. Also surviving 2 nieces and nephew, 3 step-grandchildren Samantha Costner, Gas City, IN Cydney Costner, Kokomo, IN and Jordan in the Marine Corp.
