Irene Lois (Judson) Hughes, 83 of Manchester, loving wife for fifty-five years of Frederick J. Hughes, died Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at an area convalescent home after a short illness.
Irene was born in Winsted, CT on July 27, 1933, daughter of Tracy and Lillian (Smith) Judson. She was raised in Winsted, attended Nasson College in Maine, and had been a resident of Manchester since 1961.
