Irene E. Balsley, 96, a longtime resident of Ft. Walton Beach (1957-2012), a member of the Eastern Star FWB and former Mayor of Cinco Bayou, Fl (1979-1981), passed away on April 18, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her husband, G.A. Balsley and a daughter, Janice Lee Hackney. Surviving are her sons, Keith (Consuelo) Balsley, Fort Walton Beach, Fl and Merrill (Shirley) Balsley, Indiana and 7 grandchildren residing in various areas.
Irene will be missed by all that ever knew her and loved her.
