Mrs. Inez Pettiford Lewis, 80, daughter of the late Jesse and Sudie Reynolds, of 3007 Kavanaugh Road, Apt. A, Wilson, NC, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina.
Mrs. Lewis was married to Mr. Clarence Ray Pettiford and to this union, six children were born. Later, after the death of Mr. Pettiford, she was married to Mr. Hobart Lewis, who also preceded her in death along with her siblings, Frank Reynolds, Willie Reynolds, Jesse Reynolds, Isiah Reynolds, Mary Little, Susie Harper and Minnie Reynolds.
She leaves loving memories to: her children, Bill R. Pettiford and Donald Isaac Pettiford, both of Wilson; Betty P. Wiley (William) of Wilson, Marilyn Latham of Pittsburg, PA, Denise Bulluck of Rocky Mount, Debra I. Watson (Herman) of Pittsburg, PA and Ann Smith of Wilson, whom she reared; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two step-children; several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including a very special niece, Dianne Gore.
