Imogene M. Phillips 81 of Clinton passed away on April 28, 2013 at 11:07pm in her residence. She was born on July 27, 1931 in Clinton to William Brock and Lola Shannon Brock. She had been a press operator at CBS then went to College and graduated in 1981 from Indiana State University and became a Lab Tech at Paris Community Hospital which she retired from. After retirement, she worked at Macey’s in the ladies apparrel. She was also a member of The Family Worship Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband James H. “Dugan” Phillips who recently passed away on April 20, 2013, a brother Edward Brock and a sister Della Brock Alexander.
She is survived by a son Ron & Lisa Phillips of Clinton and a daughter Fonda Sue & Tony Engle of Frederick, MD. One brother John Brock of Clinton. Grandchildren; Andrew & Morgan Engle, Erica & Kevin Engle Kelley, Nicole & Ray Phillips Griffin, Ashley Phillips Mathis and Jacob Levi Phillips. Great grandchildren; Aiden Mathis, Samuel Kelley, Jillian Kelley, William James Engle and Ava Grace Engle. Also, a devoted nephew David Hayes and a friend and caretaker Tena Drake.
