Imogene Cote, age 71, of Onsted, MI, passed away, March 6, 2017. She was born April 16, 1945, in Adrian, MI, the daughter of Leamon and Mary (Walker) Scroggins. On March 31, 1969, she married Joe Cote, he survives. Imogene loved her Detroit Tigers Baseball and spending time with grandchildren. In her free time, she played Euchre with family and friends. She was loved by all and will be missed dearly. In addition to her husband Joe, she is survived by her children, Cyndi (Russ) Hannahs of Arkansas, Jodie Garcia of Adrian, John Cote of Adrian, Robin (Ron) Bates of Manitou Beach and Mary (Troy) Knisel of Tipton, her grandchildren, Jarrett, Kristi (Stephen), Robbie, Jesse, Eric (Aarika), Alyson and Ryan, great granddaughter, Brooklyn and great grandson, Phoenix, her siblings, Fran (Eldon) Lawhead, Shirl Scroggins, Pat Richardson, Roger Scroggins, Joyce (J.V.) Mitchell and Gail Scroggins. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Mackie Scroggins and Jerry Scroggins and one granddaughter, Krystyn Knisel.
