Muncie-I. Michael Winters, 13, passed away early Wednesday morning, April 6, 2011, following a lingering illness at his residence. He was born June 6, 1997 in Muncie, the son of Jack and Tamra (Taylor) Winters III.
Isaiah had gone to both Storer Elementary and Wilson Middle Schools and was currently in the 8th grade.
Besides his parents, Jack and Tamra, he is survived by three sisters, Jasey, Madisyn and Hayleigh Winters all of Muncie; one brother, Matthew Winters, Muncie; maternal grandparents, Dickie and Tammie Lewis, Muncie; paternal grandmother, Charlene Lounsbury, Muncie; paternal grandfather, Jack Winters II, Muncie; paternal great great grandmother, Crystal Smith, Muncie; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a step paternal grandfather, Dennis Lounsbury and a maternal great grandmother, Bessie Taylor.
