Howard Wood of Plymouth, died peacefully with the love of his family by his side on Sunday afternoon October 31st in his home. He is the beloved husband of Mary L. (Goodwin) Wood. Born in Plymouth on April 19, 1953, son of the late Howard T. and Anita L. (Reggiani) Wood. He was educated in Plymouth and a graduate of Plymouth High School class of 1971. Howard was a longtime employee of Plimoth Plantation where he was the Associate Director of Building and Grounds for over 35 years. Howard had a great passion for traveling with his wife and family where they spent time in New Hampshire and throughout New England. He enjoyed his walks along Cape Cod Canal but his biggest joy was time spent with his family. Besides his beloved wife Mary of 49 years, he is the father of Jason M. Wood, Brett P. Wood and Benjamin H. Wood all of Plymouth. He was the cherished grandfather of Sophia Noelle Wood of Arizona. Also survived by his brother Jamie Wood and his wife Alisa of Plymouth, sisters Pauline Rasori and her husband Gene of Georgia, Susan Anderson and her husband Richard of Plymouth and Louise King of Plymouth. He was the brother of the late Thomas and George Wood. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
