Howard G. Sorensen, 75, of Silver Ridge Park West section of Berkeley Twp., NJ died Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at Holiday Care Center, Berkeley Twp with his wife Jean, and loving niece, Diane Rowe, by his side. Born in Jersey City, NJ, he lived in Elizabeth, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twp. in 1997. Howard was the Parts Manager at Maplewood Dodge for 26 years, retiring in 1996.
He was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp., and was a member of the American Legion Post 129, Toms River.
Surviving are his wife of 39 years Jean (nee Gallagher); his sister Joan of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister-in-law Amy and her husband Ken Brubaker of Huntington Beach, CA; sister-in-law Isabel Ruane of Silver Ridge Park North, Berkeley Twp; sister-in-law Judy Gallagher of Westfield, NJ and many nieces and nephews.
