Details: Howard E. Otto, Jr., 71, a 38 year resident of Pasadena and formerly of Baltimore died on May 31, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Otto was born on October 27, 1943 in Raspburg, MD to the late Anna and Howard E. Otto, Sr. He graduated from Parkville High School in 1961. Mr. Otto retired from the MdTA Police as a Major in 1998 after 29 years of service. He was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church and the FOP Lodge #34. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Judith Otto Klien. Mr. Otto is survived by his wife of 38 years, Laura M. Otto, his daughter Anna M Otto of Pasadena, his son Howard Carl Otto and daughter in law Angie T. Flanagan of Baltimore Co., his sister Joyce Jeffery and her husband Melvin of Hampstead, his grandchildren Aniya E., Avionne D. Flanagan, and Howard K. Otto, 2 nephews, 4 nieces, and numerous cousins.
