Howard Anderson “Bud” Daniels, 79, of Fort Walton Beach passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on November 20, 2014.
Bud was born in Townsend Delaware on April 24, 1935. He served in the United States Air Force for 20 years; retiring on November 01, 1974 as Chief Master Sergeant. He then worked on the Alaskan Pipeline from 1974 to 1976 before returning to Florida. Bud was a heavy equipment operator then Superintendent for Don Mac Golf Shaping. He built some of the courses in Destin and San Destin. Finally, he worked for Walton County as an equipment operator.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jewel, of 55 years. He is survived by his sons Greg and Dean Daniels, his daughter, Denise Richardson, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
