Holly Flubacher Becker, 55 of Ashford, passed away on July 4, 2017 at Hartford Hospital, after a long illness. She had worked for the University of Connecticut, in Storrs for 37 years. Holly retired June 28, 2017. She was an avid fan of UCONN Women’s Basketball.
Holly leaves behind her daughter, Amanda Parkins and her husband Chris; granddaughter, Autumn of Manchester; mother, Betty A. Flubacher of Mansfield; brother, Scott Flubacher and his wife Patricia of Windham; sister, Dawn Meyers and husband Greg of Hampton. She also leaves her boyfriend Bob Meraviglia of Lebanon, two aunts and several nieces, cousins and nephews as well as her two beloved cats, Ky and Precious. She was predeceased in death, by her father Charles E. Flubacher and grandmother Elinor K. Foote.
