Holly Buss, 44, of Meredosia, IL died Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital. She was born Dec. 2, 1976, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Doug and Tena Lacy Battefeld, and they survive in Chatham.
She is also survived by one son, Taylor (Amber) Parton of Meredosia; one daughter, Alex Buss of Meredosia; five grandchildren, Isaac, Mason, and Dominic Parton, Adaline Battefeld, and Astrid Clark; one brother, Andy (Elizabeth) Battefeld of Chambersburg; and her grandmother, Doris Boehs. She was preceded in death by one son, Austin Parton.
Holly was a 1995 graduate of Meredosia-Chambersburg High School. She was currently employed at Domino’s Pizza in Jacksonville. She enjoyed bonfires but especially enjoyed spending time with and spoiling her grandchildren.
