Hester Smith Neeley; 88; departed this life on Saturday, February 14, 2004 at Life Care of East Ridge. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Neeley. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Charles R. Miller Jr.; granddaughter, Stacy Clark; and great-grandsons, Jake Dougher, Logan Dougher, and Charlie Clark.
