Herman Robinson, 84, of Anderson, passed away, September 15, 2016 at Community Hospital, Anderson, IN.
He was born January, 6, 1932 in Allock, KY and resided most of his life in Anderson. He was retired from Delco Remy, division of General Motors after 25 years of service, he previously worked for Container Corporation, Forse Tool and Die, and was a coal miner in Kentucky for several years. Herman proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and Army where he served in the Korean War. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and bowling.
Herman is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Powers) Robinson of Anderson, IN, two sisters, Sharon (Delbert) Green of Fairmount, and Bobbie (Rick) Spaulding of Anderson, he is also survived by a sister-in-law, Fern (Tom) Davis of Anderson, IN, bother and sister in law, Bill (Sally) Powers of Anderson. Herman is also survived by several brothers and sisters in laws and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Burnam and Rosie Robinson, 2 brothers, Harold and Cecil Robinson, 6 sisters, Wanda Lee Robinson, Vergie Poore, Shirley Adams, Wilma Hooten, Arminta Robinson, and Rosanna Whiteman and a niece, Tracy Davis Breese .
