Herman Lee Fields, Age 74, of the Dudley community, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022, at his home. Born in Wayne County to the late Henry Bryant & Ava Gooding Fields. Mr. Fields was a retired truck driver for United Van Lines. He attended Living Word Church & Calvary Cross Church.
He is survived by his Daughters – Lora (Robert) Thompson, Angela (Tripp) Blandford, Step-Daughters – Linda (Robert) Trahan, Catherine (David) Sager, Pamela (Mark) Higgins, Samantha (Jeff) Kyser, Dana Combs, Diane (Jamie) Rainwater; his grandchildren – Michael Ordway, Matthew (Logan) Thompson, Jackie Blandford, Emily Blandford, Kelly Blandford; Step Grandchildren – Eric Trahan, Nikki Porter, Crystal Davis, Morgan Symons, Matthew Farris, Chaz Farris, Katie Ward, Rebecca Smitherman, Russ Beasley, Reid Beasley, Brent Cox, Ariel Cox, David Combs, Chelsea Chambers, Amanda Cloman, Jessica Owens, Audrey Norred, James Rainwater, Anna Belle Rainwater, Moseley Higgins, Leeann Myers; 18 Step-Great Grandchildren, Best Friend – J.D. Hines, Special Neighbors- Al & Dominque Sullivan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Gay Nell Smith Fields, Brothers Edward Gooding, Henry Earl Fields, and Linwood Fields.
