Herbert Randall Webb, age 83, formerly of Lorton, Virginia passed away Monday, August 15, 2016 at the Brookside Nursing and Rehab in Warrenton, Virginia. He was born on September 28, 1932 in Johnston County, Kentucky the son of Garland and Lula (Delong) Webb. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Webb and a son Eddie Wayne Webb. He served in the US Army. Survivors include his children, Uley Randall Webb of Lancing, NC, Rodney Dale Webb of Fredericksburg, VA, Keith Allen Webb of North Carolina, Anna Marie Collins of Sumerduck, VA; one sister, June Hall of Shelby, OH; nine grandchildren nine great grandchildren.
