Helen Virginia Adams, 80 of Tunnelton, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Heartland of Preston County. She was born on October 8, 1932, daughter of the late Samuel and Lola Fortney Adams. She was a hard worker in all areas of life. She worked at Morgantown Shirt Factory until she moved and then was a supervisor at the Grafton Shirt Factory in Grafton until they closed. Helen then went to work at Kenny Shoe Factory until retirement. She was a very talented quilter and seamstress. She was a member of the Harbor of Life Church. She also was a very beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Helen is survived by two sons, Richard Teets and Melanie, Tunnelton, Robert Teets, Kingwood; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one brother, Perle Dale Adams and Alice, Norwalk, OH; three sisters, Evelyn P Moore, Seville, OH, Ruth A Watson and Robert, Elyria, OH, and Leona I Walkerow, Winchester, VA; two sister-in-laws, Rose Uphold and Joann Adams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Clarence Allen Teets; brothers, Russel F Adams, Perry D Adams, Charles R Adams, Homers C Adams, David E Adams; Alice M Adams; one-sister-in-law; Dorothy (Dot) Adams; and one brother-in-law, Berle Moore.
