Loving mother of Diane (Mark) Leyda, Don McPherson, Mark (His fiance Patty Ansara) McPherson and Michael (Lona) McPherson. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Helen was a committed Christian, an enthusiastic member of the Red Hat Society, an energetic participant in numerous Mackinac Bridge Labor Day Walks, a relentless pinochle player and a devoted Detroit Tigers fan.
