Helen M. Porzuc (nee Palaschak) of Burlington passed away peacefully on Dec. 17, 2015, at Samaritan Inpatient Hospice in Mt Holly. She was 92.

Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a graduate of Trenton Central High School and received BA in Music and Teaching from the College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio class of 1945. Helen held numerous positions throughout her life; but, most recently she was an enumerator for the NJ Dept. of Agriculture and a volunteer at the Helene Fuld Hospital gift shop. She was very civic-minded and enjoyed music, dancing, animals, and playing bridge. Helen was a long-time member of the choir at Blessed Sacrament Church in Trenton and a current member of St. Paul’s church in Burlington. She was a founding member of the MASKC (Mid-Atlantic States Komondor Club) of NJ.

Predeceased by her husband Arthur W. Porzuc and son Thomas J. Porzuc. Helen is survived by her sons George A. Porzuc (Kathy) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Mark C. Porzuc (Lisa) of Burlington, NJ, and daughter Lisa Breznak (Bill) of Boonton Twp., NJ; Grandchildren, Jonathan B. Porzuc, Esq. (CT), Mary Porzuc (OH), and Lacey M. Porzuc (NJ); several nieces, a nephew, and grandnieces, and nephew.
