Helen Louise (Mier) Fox Louise passed away on August 6th, 2020, at the age of 94 at Lindberg Crossing Nursing Home, Anderson.

She was born March 1st, 1926. Louise was a homemaker for over 40 years. After her children left home for college and military service, she was hired at Delco – Remy. She Graduated from Yorktown High School in 1944. While working at Delco, she was called Queen of the pitch in’s. She enjoyed baking cakes and cooking a variety of foods for her department. After retirement she continued baking and cooking the dishes she took to work. Her garage became a gathering center for neighborhood ladies. Her son named them the”Magnificent 7”.

Louise attended The First Church of The Nazarene. Her hobbies were two TV programs, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. But number one was her flowers. She had flowers in the front and back. Beautiful arrangements of her favorite was her Pink Petunias.The rest of her garden of flowers is too many to list. Louise was a very social person. On more than one occasion, she had Neighbors stop by and visit for several hours. Her telephone was about the same.

She is survived by her son, Mike (Candy) Fox; grandchildren, Brian (Angie) Fox, Randy (Rachel) Fox, Cory Fox, and Lori (Scott) McPheeters; great-grand children, Aaron Fox, (Fiance’ JordanWaldron), Isabel Jackson, and Henry Fox; son-in- law, Dr. Brank DeBruhl.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband; James Fox; daughter, Diana DeBruhl; brother’s, Harry Beeman, Robert Mier, and Leroy Mier; sister, Martha Shores.
