Helen Logullo, 92, of Centralia died on Thursday, November 1, 2012, at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Centralia. Mrs. Logullo was born on February 14, 1920, in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Emilio & Rose (Chinalli) Fillippo.

She married Louis Logullo on September 5, 1942, in Chicago and he preceded her in death on September 12, 1997.

Mrs. Logullo is survived by two sons Louis Logullo and wife Sherry of Centralia, Robert Logullo and wife Barbara of Centralia, one daughter Linda Bauer and husband Orland of Centralia, eleven grandchildren, Jayson Bauer and wife Amy, Craig Bauer and wife Heather, Stephen Bauer and wife Kari, Todd Bauer, Leah Lerner and husband Joe, Tracy Francios and husband Joe, Jayme Logullo, Sara Barton and husband Dan, Emily Mach and husband Ross, Monica Miller and husband Terry, and Jennifer Herman and husband Jerry, 20 great-grandchildren, two sisters Muff LaRocco, Nancy Grecco and husband Ed, two brother-in-laws Mike Girodano and Charles Zito, one sister-in-law Mary Logullo, nephew Dr. Richard Logullo and family and numerous other nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Logullo was preceded in death by her parents Emilio and Rose, and husband Louis, and five sisters and one brother.

Mrs. Logullo served as manager of St. Mary’s Catholic School Cafeteria for 17 years. She was a devoted member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, a past member of the Catholic Daughters of America, Altar Society, and was a Lady Elk. She served on the Planning and Zoning Board and Project Pride. She was a volunteer for the American Red Cross and was a past member of the Meadow Woods Country Club.
