Helen (Adams) Linde, 88, formerly of Fountain Hill, died Thursday, August 21, 2014, at Emmaus Village. She was the wife of the late Cleveland Kennedy, who died in 2009, and the late John Linde, who died in 1996. Born in Fountain Hill on December 13, 1925, she was the daughter of the late George and Rose (Klein) Adams. Helen was a 1944 graduate of Fountain Hill High School, and later worked as a clerk in the shop office for the Bethlehem Steel, for 40 years, until retiring. She also worked in the office for Chrysler First from 1988-1995. Helen was a member of the former First U.C.C. in Bethlehem. She was also a former member of the Golden Hillers. Survivors: sister Rose Chrismer of Emmaus; nephew George Wetherhold of Bethlehem; niece Bonnie Stephens. She was predeceased by her sisters Betty in 1961 and Ruth in 2001.
