Helen L. Austin nee Murrin 85 of the Ortley Beach section of Toms River Township, NJ died on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at FountainView Care Center, Lakewood, NJ. Born in Passaic, NJ she lived in Belleville, NJ before moving to Ortley Beach in 1991.
Helen was a Clerical worker for Prudential in Newark, NJ for many years. She was a parishioner of St Elisabeth’s Chapel in Ortley Beach. Predeceased by her beloved husband Frederick, her daughter Candice and her sister Viola.
She is survived by 2 daughters; Cindy McCumber of Toms River, NJ, and Jeanne Suarez and her husband John of Fairfield, NJ. 5 Grandchildren; Kathleen Burks, Jessica Short, Carrie Fice, Adam and John Suarez. 4 Great Grandchildren; Alyssa and Jasmine Burks, Candice Duffey and Brandon Fice.
