Helen K. Moore, 86, of Anderson, passed away on January 7, 2015, at Saint Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. She was born on July 6, 1928, in Tipton, Indiana, and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Helen graduated from Tipton High School. She retired from General Motors. She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and enjoyed spending time with special friends, Barbara Givan, Marilyn McDonald, Adele Wilson, and Darlene Ginder.
Helen is survived by her loving children, Michael K. Moore, Steven (Connie) Moore, Debra (Michael) Lewis, Lisa (Dain) Egly, siblings, Barbara Tishner, Patty Lukens, Peggy Tishner, James Tishner, and Robert (Adrienne) Tishner, grandchildren, Steven (Ambika) Moore Jr., Rachel (Robert) Moore-Boyle, Andrew Lewis, Kari (Jordon) Russell, Jessica Egly, great-grandchildren, Noah Lewis, Jade Lewis, Hunter Lewis, Rori Boyle, Eamon Moore, Rohan Moore, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Conrad Moore, mother, Eva (Day) Tishner, father, George Tishner, infant daughter, Vicki Lynn Moore, siblings, Jerry Tishner, Mary Tishner, George Tishner Jr., Martha Tishner and Betty Haas and great-grandchild, Owen Russell.
