Helen Grippaldi (nee LaConte), 94 of Bayville, NJ died on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at Whiting Health Care, Whiting, NJ. Born and raised in Newark, NJ she has lived in Bayville, NJ for the past 30 years. She worked as a produce clerk at A & P in Belleville, NJ for 25 years.
She is predeceased by her husband Salvatore Grippaldi. Surviving are her loving children Philip Grippaldi and his wife Kathy of Las Vegas, NV, Arlene Domanico of Warrenton, VA, Nicholas Grippaldi and his wife Louise of Forked River, NJ and Sally Zarrillo and her husband Nicholas of Livingston, NJ; her three brothers Samuel LaConte and his wife Jane, Nicholas LaConte, and Gerard LaConte; her nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
