Helen E. Greatsinger, 90, of Bethlehem Twp., passed away, Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Saucon Valley Manor, Hellertown. She was the wife of James R. Greatsinger. They celebrated 66 years of marriage in September 2014. Helen was born in Ilion, New York the daughter of the late Thomas and Edna Ayres. and was a graduate of Elmira Southside High School. She was a certified professional Square Dance Caller and taught Ballroom and Square Dancing on Cruise Ships. Helen was the caller for The “Tumble Weeds” Square Dance Club in Doylestown, and member of Order of the Eastern Star and the Cedar Club Rangerettes. Helen was a vibrant woman, Actress and Singer. Survivors: with her husband, James are daughters, Cindy Greatsinger of Bethlehem Twp. and Linda Battistini of Philadelphia. A son, Charles J. Greatsinger passed away in 2010.
