Helen D. Collins, 93, went home to her Lord and Saviour Thursday, August 21, 2014, in Gracedale. She was the wife of the late Ralph D. Collins, who died in 1998. Born in Hickory, North Carolina, she was one of seven children of the late Thomas Hampton and Jennie (Rickmon) Hale. Survivors: son, Rev. Richard D. Collins and his wife Linda of Easton, with whom she resided. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sons, David H. Collins and James H. Collins died earlier.
