Hazel D. Orr, 91, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017.
She was born to Frederick and Olive (Landon) Chastain in 1926.
She was raised by her stepfather Milton Smith and her mother. She worked at Honeywell Corp for 12 years. In her downtime, Hazel enjoyed working on puzzles, doing word searches, and going shopping. Hazel loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by three of her children: Sharon (John) Mays of Pendleton, Diana (Steve) Parker of Indianapolis, Roger (Deborah) Orr of Putnamville; a brother, Deldon Smith of Texas; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil; two of her sons, Charles and Donald Orr; her parents, a brother, and Earl Jr. Smith.
