Hayes E. Treasure, 79 of Greensburg, passed away, March 16, 2021. He was born August 23, 1941 in Bolivar a son of the late Delbert McMillan and Rilla Elizabeth (Krause) Treasure.
Hayes was the founder and CEO of Community Living Care, Inc. He was a graduate of Laurel Valley High School, Penn State University and received his Master’s Degree in Education from Pitt. It should be noted that he was a die-hard Penn State fan. He had also been employed as a teacher and coach at Laurel Valley. He enjoyed golfing and was a fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins having been a season ticket holder. Hayes was a veteran of the US Navy and was a life member of the New Florence VFW. He was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Casey Treasure, his two children, Christopher Treasure and Megan Davidson (Mark Gruver); three grandchildren, Maggie Treasure, Brianna Treasure and Xavier Rosado; two great-grandchildren, Gianna Bell and Cameron Winter; his daughter in law, Maria Treasure; his fur babies, Lizzie and Jack; his sisters, Janet Donahue (Regis) and Alice Antonio (Rudy) and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Brandon Hayes Treasure and three brothers Glenn, Blair and Jim Treasure.
