He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Harvey was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Louis Bartlett and his parents, Ruby and Fred Bartlett. Harvey is survived by his daughter, Rachel Silvers of Dalton and sons and daughter in laws; Brad and Leslie Bartlett of Dalton, Brian and Stephanie Bartlett of Chatsworth and John and Tammy Bohannon of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Jessica Silvers, Dustin Silvers, Drake Silvers, Brody Bartlett and Ben Bartlett; great grandchildren, Aubrie Hollis and Jaelyn Galvan.
